Doggy suffers heatstroke right after being tethered outside the house, shelter states

WILLIAMSON COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — A dog is now in the care of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter after a 3rd-social gathering animal company found it tethered exterior and in distress from the heat.
